I love to run. I mostly run outside year round. One of the things I love the most is the community. Whether it is my local run group or Instagram, I love talking and interacting with other runners. Seeing and hearing about others running journeys is very inspiring and I try to inspire others with mine. That includes being there for other runners for encouragement and advice. The other thing that goes along with my running is giving back. I ran the 2015 Chicago Marathon as a charity runner for Autism Speaks and will be running for them again in 2017. This year my goal is to Boston Qualify at the Chicago Marathon and to get a sub 1:30 half marathon time.


Favorite way to workout? Running

Favorite workout jam?  I do not listen to music when I run. When I lift weights it would be punk rock or metal.

Next thing you want to conquer? Boston Qualify at the 2017 Chicago Marathon

What is your biggest accomplishment? Finishing the 2015 Chicago Marathon in 3:26:47
