Run. Runner. Running. It’s what I do. It’s what I enjoy. It’s what keeps me active. Competing gives me reason to improve. I run 5k to marathon, including relays. But I wasn’t always a runner. I began running in 2002 and first raced in 2006. Since 2006, I’ve raced more times than I can count and I’ve traveled probably just as far. Running has become my addiction and the adventures I’ve had are my rewards.
Favorite way to workout? Running
Favorite workout jam? A good beat is key. Something upbeat can really get me moving.
Three things you can’t leave home without? Keys. Wallet. Phone.
Next thing you want to conquer? Fredericton Marathon (searching for another BQ)
What is your biggest accomplishment? Qualifying for the Boston Marathon.
