Free to be means freedom to be me bravely in all circumstances!
What is your biggest goal for 2018?
I’d like to get a sub 2 half marathon and race my first ever triathalon!
Coolest place you have taken your SPIbelt?
The gulf coast for a few beach runs!
What is your favorite SPIbelt product and why?
I love all of my SPIbelts but my favorite is the H20 (Venture) belt. I love being able to bring my water/hydration with me on long runs and not have to worry about how I’ll stay hydrated if I’m away from a water station. It’s the best idea and doesn’t move AT ALL while I’m on the go!
What is your tip for someone just starting out on the running journey?
My best tip for a new runner would definitely be to go at your own pace. Don’t feel pressured to go out faster than you’re able to because you’re not setting yourself up for success that way! Don’t compare your first run to someone else’s 1000th run either! We all start somewhere!
