"Happiness is an attitude. We either make ourselves miserable, or happy and strong. The amount of work is the same. "
Stephanie, also known as “Run Strong Run”, is a wife, mom, teacher, and long-distance runner. Stephanie hasn’t always been a runner. In fact, one of her favorite phrases used to be, “This body doesn’t run.” In 2012, however, she went from couch potato to marathoner in less than a year!
Since then, Stephanie has kept off a 60 pound weight loss and has run a total of 12 full marathons. In April 2016, she qualified as a “Marathon Maniac” running two marathons in one weekend! In her free time, Stephanie enjoys volunteering as a pacer with Beast Pacing so that she may encourage others to reach their goals and achieve the unbelievable.
