Meet SPIbelt Ambassador Tasha
I am a mother of two. I was once almost 200 pounds from endocrine diseases I did not know I had. I discovered I had Hashimotos and celiacs. Running and clean eating saved my life. I could not run half a block when I started, I have ran two 500ks and one 600k in the past two years. Belief in oneself and perseverance are the best things to have when going after a goal! You are always worth it!
