I’m a runner and trainer. Some of my favourite things to do include leading my running group, North Burnaby Runners, and leading fitness classes at my private studio. I love what I do and I find helping others get healthy and reach for their goals is incredibly rewarding. Personally, I have many athletic goals as a runner and triathlete and the next on my list is to qualify for the Boston Marathon and complete and Ironman. When I’m not busy running or leading others through a workout or run, I’m hanging out with my wife and our Australian Sheppard puppy, Koby. As much as I am a running addict, I encourage others to explore different areas of fitness and find one that you love. Whether it’s running, bootcamp, spin, yoga or anything else. Find what you love and do more of that!!

What is your biggest accomplishment? Half Ironman (got over my fear of open water swimming).
