I tried all different kinds of running belts, and this is the first one that I can put on and forgot about. I absolutely love it!! It has worn well over the last year as I worked and trained for my first half marathon. It is easy to tighten and loosen as needed, and doesn't bounce or slowly ride up like other belts. It isn't itchy or stiff either. I have worn it for short cycling rides as well, and it proforms beautifully. I have used it to carry my phone on its on, and my phone plus gels, and chews for long distance runs and it holds it all comfortably. I am back to buy another, and one for my running partner.
