I use my SPIbelt for running and can carry a few items or many items depending on my needs during each run. It is very comfortable, easy to adjust, and never bounces. I never go for a run without it.
I got this for my shorter runs when I want to bring my phone or just snacks/gels. I don't like putting the phone and food fuel in the same pouch, so I use the solo pouch (an additional one that can be attached) for the days I bring both. There's almost no bounce while I'm running and love that it goes on easily and is pretty light.

As a former Two-time All American and Marathon Champion, I believe the SPIbelt is the greatest invention since the running shoe. Running rugged trails miles from civilization, my SPIbelt carries my cell phone for emergencies. It’s so comfortable I forget it’s there. Kim is a genius.
