This belt has two pockets, the smaller pocket size, which expands to 6.5x3x2", and the larger pocket, which expands to 9x4x2". The Large Pocket easily accommodates large smartphones, including the iPhone® 13 Pro Max and Samsung Galaxy® S20+. The pockets are arranged closer together for a better fit, and we’ve also increased the width of the elastic band for stability and comfort.

I have the duo-pocket and find I can go all day with this. For running, no bounce and very comfortable. Can hold cards, cash, phone, keys, lip balm, even a tiny brush. Customer service really great as they were able to accommodate a request and tried until it worked. This is my 5th SPIbelt, use everyone of them.
Loved the dual pockets however kept riding up while I ran.
I love this belt--especially because it has the dual pockets which allow me to keep my keys and cards in one and my other items in the other. So lightweight, easy to use, and colorful!
I bought this to help carry all my stuff (phone, keys, eventually gels) and it's just perfect. It doesn't move when I run, there's no bouncing or sliding or anything. And the 8oz water bottle fits perfectly in between the two pouches.
I love my dual pocket belt. I’ve tried 4 other brands and none compare to SPIbelt. Lots of space for my fuel snacks and keys in one pocket and my iPhone promax in the other.
