It will hold an insulin pump close to the body without tangling or bouncing and has an extra pocket for additional essentials. The extra pocket is ideal for carrying essentials such as allergy tablets, an inhaler, CGM, or a medical ID. Every Kids' SPIbelt can securely and comfortably accommodate cords and infusion tubing through a reinforced pass-through hole. The pass-through hole is discretely placed behind the pocket to allow infusion tubing to feed through the patented pouch design. SPIbelt won't ride or shift while participating in vigorous activities.

My son has been dx for 2 1/2 years now. We use the dual pocket belt for sports, amusement parks, camping.. basically anytime were outside being active. We finally had to replace his original dual pocket belt and received the new one last week. Im super disappointed to see that the belt is totally oppostie of the first belt we had. The slit for his tubing is in the larger pocket and his phone doesn’t fit into the smaller pocket.. So we had to put both devices into the larger pocket which is going to inevitably cause it to tear quickly. Not sure if we receuved a fluke belt, or if this is the new style, but I am very disappointed.
My son was diagnosed at 22 months, he just got his first pump at 3 years old and this belt has been a godsend for this busy farm boy!
This works great for my daughter. She is able to carry her pump and her cgm monitor. We wish is came in more color options as she is only 6 and she thinks all black is boring.

Quality is great ,function is great.my don is quite skinny and it’s kind of a odd fit with the pump and phone .We also have a single pocket sup belt which he trends to use more.
