No bounce!
Running for over 20 years have tried allot of gadgets to hold my phone and snacks for runs. I can’t stand the bounce it’s so distracting and annoying. Any bounce makes me crazy on a run. This belt is perfect came just in time for my next half!

I usually use a hydration vest for my longer walk/runs, but needed something else
for much shorter walks( due to health issues)….. Bought the SPIbelt, and it’s worked great 👍👍🙂.
