These water bottles are perfect for me. They clip securely to my SPIbelt, which I always wear when running/walking. They don’t bounce or slide around and don’t weigh me down like my bigger water bottles do.

The concept is good but for a serious runner a vest or hand held is better. The bottles are finicky and can leak if the cap is not super tight. I fear after use it will be worse from stressing the plastic. I got these as an experiment for Boston where you can wear a vest. The spi belt is great, just not these bottles.
