What is your biggest goal for 2021?
Personally, my goals are to continue to be happy and healthy, but also to run faster, go further, get stronger, as well as doing all of that with others (together). I would also like to further my reach in helping others building better versions of themselves on the inside and out through nutrition and physical activity.
What is your favorite SPIbelt product and why?
I love the Original SPIbelt. It’s a no nonsense belt and gets the job done. It carries everything I need. Granted, when I’m running longer distances I prefer the Performance Series to carry my gels.
What is your favorite activity to do with your SPIbelt?
I love running with it! It just sits in the small of my back and I sometimes forget it’s there. I’ve went hiking, rock climbing, paddle boarding… any time I’m out doors really. I don’t like things in my pants pockets haha

I’m plant-based, passionate about running and love spending time outdoors whether it’s going on hikes with my pup, gardening (I grow a ton of veggies), or paddle boarding with friends. I love to explore new places and trying new things. When I’m home I’m watching the office, well except for when it was taken off of Netflix, so I just bought the series on iTunes. I really enjoy memes.. memes are life!
