Very impressed with the no-bounce feature and holds my iphone pro max/wallet/housekeys with no issues. However since my purchase about 2 months ago I am so sad that I have two holes in the pouch :(
I guess I have to be careful with what I put inside as the material is not as tear-resistant.
I started wearing SPI-Belts when they began and met the company at the San Diego RocknRoll Marathon about 19 years ago.. I use mine 24/7 for my insulin pump. I use my SPIbelt for running and can carry a few items or many items depending on my needs during each run. It is very comfortable, easy to adjust, and never bounces. I never go for a run without it.
