The reinforced opening is discretely placed behind the pocket to allow infusion tubing and headphone cords to pass through the patented designed pouch. The Kids’ SPIbelt® is perfect for active children who need to carry medical supplies such as insulin pumps, inhalers, EpiPen®, or CGMs (continuous glucose monitoring systems). The Kids’ SPIbelt holds insulin pumps close to the body without tangling or bouncing. Every Kids' SPIbelt can securely and comfortably accommodate cords and infusion tubing through a reinforced pass-through hole. The pass-through hole is discretely placed behind the pocket to allow infusion tubing to feed through the patented pouch design. SPIbelt won't ride or shift while participating in vigorous activities.

Needs better designs

We love the SPI belts, but I gave it 4 starts because the design options are not good. My son is young he was diagnosed at 4 years old, he's always asking for a better design on his spi belt. Like dinosaurs, cars,trucks anything geared more towards the younger kids really. But other than that SPI belts are great and I highly recommend.

Great belt for epi-pen

I bought this belt for 9 year old to carry his epi-pen. It fits well, he’s not bothered but it and it stays put on his waist. He can keep it on all day and doesn’t make any mention about it. I would say that’s a big win.

Returned kid’s spi-belt

I recently purchased a spi-belt ( not my first purchase) and the colors of a particular spi-belt attracted my daughter. When it arrived & we took a close look at it, it was multi-colored skulls. It was not at all what she wanted, so we returned. It had nothing to do with the quality of the product, but the “look”.

Love this!

My son uses this everyday since he was 14 months. Fit is great and very comfortable for him. I would love to know if you plan on having any with dinosaurs designs on it. My kiddo would love this so much.
